Budget Line: Budget Balance

The amount of cash that the city has in the bank, minus any obligations (loans). Your [[budget/budgetcashtospend|Cash to Spend]] is your Budget Balance plus your [[budget/budgetlineofcredit|Line of Credit]].

Budget Balance can be positive or negative. If it is positive, then your city has paid off it's loan and actually has money in the bank. If Budget Balance is negative (it's usually negative), your city is in debt to the bank.
