This is the "slush pile" of the Post Oak Mall sub-pages, where I put things I don't know where they went, or if they even existed at all. Food & Drink
Seafood Shoppe
This would've been at the very genesis of the food court, and was listed in the "new" food court options in newspaper promotions of the time, but it's not on any maps and is not listed in the 1983 phone book. Confirmation of this store would be nice.
Seafood Stop
Not related to the store above, but in a 1993 directory.
Cinnabon
There was a real Cinnabon in the mall at one point, however brief, in the 1990s.
Vern's Tex-Mex Grill
Listed in a 1993 directory.
Santa Fe Grille
Listed in a 1999 directory.
Gift Shops
All Wound Up
A small gift shop (kiosk?) that appeared around 2000. Little is known on the Internet about it, only that it was acquired by Borders in 1999 and sold off in 2001. It sold novelty goods (fake vomit, etc.) and wind-up toys. I personally never saw it, but my sister did.
JB's Wrestling World
Existed briefly in 2002, lasted just a few months. I actually do remember this store (and the store was referred to in a microeconomics class I took), I just can't place it. This I *may* be able to place once I find the archived website.

Waterbeds Etc.
Appeared in 1989 phone book. I don't know if it replaced Waterbed Gallery or not. Back...
