TOKYO TOWER

This one has you redeveloping Tokyo Tower, but space is tight (only a few above-ground areas, and nine basement levels). This is a bit deceptive because you're given a huge range of items on the outset (17 types of restaurants, offices, condos, apartments, but no hotels) yet the idea is to build income with transmission rooms which don't require transportation (you'll need to replace them later). FootTown, the real-life base of the building isn't available at this time though I suspect you'll have access to what was in Tokyo Tower in the late 1990s (and sadly, this does not include Tokyo One Piece Tower. But you do get to place the Wax Museum from the outset.

KYOTO TOWER

Like the Statue of Liberty, the tower part takes a backseat to the story. The building is short and stubby, and the story deals with a kaiju loose in the area. In addition to shops and restaurants, you can also build Isetan store departments as tenants.

KING NANIWA BUILDING LEGEND

This starts similarly to Tokyo Tower, with a large selection of items to play with but not enough space, however, you can expand later. It looks like the "sandbox" sort of module, being able to play with everything, but the above link suggests that it's a race against time to start building and there are some potentially missable tenants and goals.

SANTA TOWN

The weirdest of them all has you entering your name, sex, and birthday at the onset, along with different graphics for the menu (wood panel instead of just gray). Instead of a lobby, you get the small "[Your name]'s room" and told that you need to figure why children aren't aging into adults and told to build a city. You can place a "Race Registry" but you can't hold any races until find Santa's boots. (I admit I was thinking of something else).
