H-E-B is one of Texas' leading supermarkets and one of the ones that I have the most familiarity with. Their stores tend to be a bit boring and they replace them frequently enough but it's still worth covering some of the odds and ends in the chain. Of note is the H-E-B Pantry Foods, which I worked on with Mike.
