Welcome to Lone Star Arches! This section of Carbon-izer was founded to focus on McDonald's restaurants (mostly the past, but some unusual stores of the present too) in Texas. Ideas for this site ranged from exclusive menu items (which may be coming) to extensive store listings a la <a href="http://www.starbuckseverywhere.net/Houston.htm">Starbucks Everywhere</a>. In the end, I decided that for the "alpha version" of this page to just include the closed McDonald's in Schulenburg with a few more interesting restaurant sites.
