Antoine Drive is one of the north/south roads in the Outer Loop area, with this page being a new "Version 1.0" (previously some entries appeared at Numbered Exits). It leaves off a number of entries that I've covered in more sufficient detail elsewhere:

With those out of the way, the only Version 1.0 copied over from Numbered Exits are AutoZone (near Hardway Street), 5322 Antoine (retitled from "House of Fries"), Flounder, Gordon Food Service - Houston Distribution Center, and Scottish Inns & Suites (near N. Sam Houston Parkway West). The rest of the entries are all-new. This is an extremely basic page to mostly port over from Numbered Exits, and I plan to add more in an upcoming update.
Memorial-610 Hospital for Animals / 910 Antoine Drive
According to this veterinary clinic's website they've been around for over 50 years though not at this location. The earliest reference I can find for them being here was 1993, with no other hits for the address prior.
1330 Antoine Drive
Site of a former gas station (S & A Food Store) and demolished in the mid-2020s. As of 2007 this was a debranded Texaco, then became "Westview Food Mart" and by 2014 was a Citgo with "Quik Mart", which in November 2022 was still growing strong before its debranding and ultimately demolition within three years.
The Lively at Antoine / 2102 Antoine Drive
This apartment complex was completed in 2024.
Valero / 3403 Antoine Drive
In 2008 this was a Texaco with "All Season Food Store". It became a Valero around 2014, and while the convenience store name isn't on the outside, that's what it still legally is.
Venus Sports Bar & Grill / 5015 Antoine Drive
Thu Thu Restaurant as of October 2015, then Pho Le (need accent HTML) as of August 2016, became Venus Sports Bar & Grill between 10/2022 and 6/2025.
AutoZone / 5121 Antoine Drive
Former Long John Silver's 1976-1999 and later home to Little Casita Mexican Restaurant (2003-2006). The building was demolished for an AutoZone around 2007. (Little Casita moved to 5137).
CVS / 5212 Antoine Drive
Eckerd originally opened here in November or December 1999. It converted to CVS in 2004.
5322 Antoine Drive
This started out as Kentucky Fried Chicken (1973-1998) and was mostly abandoned (except for a few one-offs that may or may not have existed). Around 2009-2010 was La Seafood and Wings and in 2011 became House of Fries, which closed May 1, 2026.
5817 Antoine Drive
This Advance Auto Parts closed in early 2025 as part of a round of store closures.
Diamond Ridge Apartment Homes / 6407 Antoine Drive
Diamond Ridge Apartment Homes, its name as of October 2025, used to be Eaton Square when it was opened in 1980.
Thang's / 6410 Antoine Drive
Former Wendy's. Has been "Thang's Cajun Seafood & Rice" since at least 2007, but then became a Chinese restaurant in the 2020s using same name (Thang's Fish & Chicken, officially) which was closed as of 2024. The current incarnation is "Thang's Fish, Chicken, Shrimp, Subs" which reopened in 2025 with a slightly redone exterior (no awnings).
Dollar Tree / 6926 Antoine Drive

Foodarama / 7320 Antoine Drive
Randalls #34, formerly and a victim of the 2005 closures. This covered more in detail on Houston Historic Retail which is not my site, but I did leave a comment since it doesn't mention the store numbers.
Flounder / 8831 Antoine Drive
Built ~2008 as Hartz Chicken Buffet, became Fish Place by 2014 (co-branded with Eskimo Hut?) and by 2015, Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken & Seafood. Sometime during 2018 it became MVP Seafood, which soon gave way by October 2019 to Smoken J's BBQ. In 2023 or 2024 it became Flounder, a fried seafood restaurant.
Gordon Food Service - Houston Distribution Center / 11303 Antoine Drive
This was built as the new consolidated home of local company Glazier Food Company in 2005, but in 2014, national company Gordon Food Service acquired the company and rebranded it. In 2023, they opened up their own grocery stores in the Houston area.
Scottish Inns & Suites / 11233 Antoine Drive
Scottish Inns & Suites Houston Willowbrook opened in 2020.
