Walgreens and H-E-B were previously on the Highway 6 South page before their removal in spring 2026. The main purpose of this page is to cover a handful of things that were unlikely to be covered by Brazos Buildings & Businesses, and to date, only the old Zaxby's has been covered with others on the map. Version 1.0 has everything seen here. This is a non-exhaustive list, with Version 2.0 likely to cover the rest of the blanks.
Brazos County Precinct 1 Justice-of-the-Peace Court / 412 William D. Fitch Parkway
The first address (number-wise) I can find for William D. Fitch Parkway. This government building was constructed in the mid-2020s and while it does have a William D. Fitch address, it only has access from W.S. Phillips Parkway and Barron Cut-Off Road.
French Door Salon & Spa / 461 William D. Fitch Parkway
French Door used to be at 3206 Longmire, but they built a new location here and moved in July 2017.
EZ Garage Auto Repair / 505 William D. Fitch Parkway
According to Facebook this has been operating since 2019, and since around 2025 can only be accessed from the newly-built Tammie Lynn Lane. However, this wasn't always an operational business, the warehouse was built around 2005 and was privately owned (purpose unknown) for some time. I'm not even sure it originally had a William D. Fitch address since it was accessed off other roads originally.
Oxford Court / 543 William D. Fitch Parkway
This small office building was built in 2009 and has had a variety of professional tenants come and go.
547 William D. Fitch Parkway
This professional building was built as a twin to Oxford Court in 2010, initially named Cambridge Court. On April 10, 2024, the sign came down in favor of A&M Forensics, though they don't occupy the entire building.
Castlegate Plaza / 650 William D. Fitch Parkway
This has, from left to right (east to west) a now-closed Taco Casa (operated from 2015 to January 2020, the second store in town following the Earl Rudder Freeway location in Bryan and the first store in College Station since the store at FM 2154 and Rock Prairie Road shut down a few years prior. Suite 200 was first home to Alpha Sports Chiropractic but by the early 2020s had become Goldstar Barber Studio. Suite 300 is currently Inhale Smoke Shop since the early 2020s, Suite 400 was initially Hideaway Humidor (a cigar shop) but that closed by 2021, and suite 500 is Angry Elephant, which opened around the late 2010s to replace "Carp's Sports Bar 'N Grill", which never finished out the interior (much less opened).
895 William D. Fitch Parkway
This small building near Arrington and Highway 40 features Starbucks opened October 2018, as well as Scout Title & Abstract (formerly home to Maddie Joy, a boutique, as of 2019) and Leslie's Pool Supplies.
Don Chente Mexican & Seafood Restaurant / 901 William D. Fitch Parkway
This was originally built as Bahama Buck's, with a grand opening in August 1, 2017 and the second Bahama Buck's in the area following their Holleman location (that is, if you don't count the failed Villa Maria Road location). Don Chente opened sometime in 2025 to replace it.
H-E-B / 949 William D. Fitch Parkway
H-E-B Tower Point Market opened as the fourth H-E-B store in the area in August 2010, and the first to be built without replacing a Pantry store. (At the time, the North Bryan store was still a Pantry, though no longer carrying the name). At the time, it was more upscale than the store at Holleman but lacked a Cafe on the Run as other H-E-B supermarkets had at the time. Later on, the store got a bit more run down while a fifth store opened at Jones Crossing, which was everything the H-E-B Tower Point store wanted to be: bigger than the others, more upscale, and featuring an in-store eatery.
Walgreens / 998 William D. Fitch Parkway
The very first development in Caprock Crossing (a bank was there before closer to Arrington and integrated into development). Walgreens opened here in March 2014. A CVS was rumored and/or expected closer to Lowe's, but that never ended up happening.
Exxon / Mooyah / 1101-1103 William D. Fitch Parkway
The last McDonald's local franchisee Ron Blatchley opened was in spring 2002 at Greens Prairie Road and Highway 6 South and was paired with an Exxon gas station and its "A&M Expressway" convenience store (the plaza also contained Kirk's Cleaners) and initially had the address of 101 Greens Prairie Road. When it became William D. Fitch, the McDonald's took the address of 1101 while Exxon and Kirk's Cleaners took 1103. time. McDonald's departed in 2012 (presumably when its lease ran out). It also features Kirk's Cleaners (also opened in 2002, not accessible from inside). Mooyah opened in fall 2014 (October or November) to replace McDonald's, though does not share Exxon's signage. I initially thought this was some sort of lack of effort on Mooyah's part but now I believe it to be a result of overly restrictive ordinances. Kirk's Cleaners closed somewhere in 2022-2023.
Up until TXB opened at Southern Pointe Parkway, the Exxon was the last place to get gas between College Station and Navasota.
Tad's Louisiana Cooking / 1161 William D. Fitch Parkway
Tad's was promised for several years before finally opening in November 2020.
